Usually our fashion finds are secrets we keep to ourselves. We rarely share our spots for hot deals and unbelievable savings. We wouldn't want anyone getting to those deals before we did. And of course we wouldn't want anyone knowing we got it cheaper. Because we all prefer people "thinking" we paid $200 instead of $20. We wear the labels while others wonder to themselves how in the world did they afford those $200 jeans. But I've always enjoyed telling people what a great deal I found. People would tell me "great dress" or "I love your outfit" and I would yell "could you believe I only paid $5, $10 or $20". My friends would give me that look..... the "Secrets Between Friends" look. Which means "don't let people know how cheap you paid". But for some reason I felt better knowing that I could enjoy the high fashion labels without going broke. The fact that I only spent $20 for jeans that retail for $200 was great to me. With todays prices many of us are forced to budget and spend wisely. My site provides designer clothing for the whole family at reasonable prices and gives me the opportunity to satisfy my shopaholic addiction. I could shop till I drop and pass the savings along to anyone who wanted to "look like a million" and still have enough left for the bills. And if you prefer to keep what you pay for your labels a "Secret Between Friends" your secret is safe with me. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Typically orders will take a couple of days to process. It should not take more that two weeks for you to receive your order depending on your method of shipping and your destination. The method of shipping will either be USPS or UPS depending on your preference. I will make available Next Day Air for an additional charge as well as gift wrapped packages. The cost of shipping will depend on your purchase and the weight and method of shipping you choose. Depending on method of shipping a tracking # will be sent to you thru email on day item is shipped informing you of estimated date of delivery.
In the event that an item has been ordered and is not available you will be notified and credited immediately.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Of course you can Return anything your not completely satisfied with. I'm an avid shopper and know how important it is to be able to return something which did not quite fit the way expected. You have 3 days from receipt of merchandise to notify me by email as to your return. This should give you enough time to try on decide whether you love it or hate it. After the receipt of your e-mail within the 3 days you have an additional 4 days to ship and return. Meaning your return must be postmarked within those 4 days after the date of email advising me of return. That is a typical 7 day return policy.
Refunds will be issued for any purchase minus shipping as soon as merchandise is received and inspected to insure it is received in the same condition as sent. Again your shipping charges when ordered WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, NOR WILL YOU BE REIMBURSED FOR CHARGES YOU INCUR WHEN YOU RETURN. So please make sure to ask for extra pictures of items I will even send you pictures of outfit on because sometimes the form is not the same as if an actual person is wearing. Anything to make sure you are happy with your selection and purchase.
Cancellations are no problem as long as you cancel before I have shipped merchandise. You can send me an email and if within that 2 day window I have not shipped package then you will be refunded the full amount.
